Corpus

The Mycelial Mind consists of eleven connected documents.

Each file examines a different aspect of coherence under contradiction, constraint, and exposure. Together they form a single constraint architecture.

The files can be read independently, but they are designed to reinforce one another through elimination, formalisation, demonstration, analysis, and synthesis.

No single document contains the complete system.

Core Architecture

File 1 — Manuscript
Conceptual foundation and integration. Best read after the remaining files.

File 2 — Impossible ASI
Structural limits on guarantees under partial observability.

File 3 — Technical Supplement
Formal definitions, invariants, audit methods, and operational evaluation.

File 4 — Toy Proof of Concept
A minimal executable demonstration of the framework.

File 5 — Supplementary Analyses
Stress tests, translations, and extended structural arguments.

File 6 — Power Under Constraint
Capability viewed through structural limits rather than optimisation.

File 7 — Trajectories
Long-horizon behavioural classification under established constraints.

Structural Extensions

These files extend the architecture without changing its foundations.

File 8 — Structural Trilogy
Minimal structural primitives, boundary geometry, and emergent behavioural regimes.

File 9 — Instrumented Witness
Replayable observability for contradiction exposure and structural behaviour.

File 10 — Execution–Validity Divergence
Evidence that evaluation and execution can separate under irreversible conditions.

File 11 — The Structural Ground of Intelligence
A structural compression of the preceding ten files, revealing a single architecture viewed through multiple boundaries rather than eleven independent problems.

Evaluation

Each file may be examined independently.

The architecture emerges through their relationship.

No claim depends on author authority. Every major claim is intended to be testable, falsifiable, or open to independent evaluation.

Final Note

This is not a collection of independent papers.

It is a constraint architecture in which each file contributes a structural component that cannot be removed without changing the whole.

The system should be evaluated as it was built:

under constraint, under pressure, and without assumption.

The architecture is complete. Its evaluation is not.
